Who We Are
Tileyard is a globally recognised creative community and has expanded to an extraordinary new space in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.
Phase One of Tileyard North is now open. A hub to create, work and play featuring recording studios, content spaces, offices, event venues and more.
Tileyard North
Tileyard North is a 135,000 sqft creative industries hub on Wakefield's Waterfront. When re-generation is complete, it will be the UK’s largest creative community outside of London; a mixed-use, creative and cultural cluster with state-of-the-art facilities.

The site is situated directly opposite David Chipperfield’s Hepworth Gallery named ‘the most significant and exciting place for sculpture in Europe’. This is the first Tileyard expansion outside of London.
