Phase 2 of our development commences, which will see further creative industries workspace created as well as a boutique hotel. We’re proud to expand the Tileyard community to the North and build on the growing community we’re creating in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.

Focused on creating a space where people can belong, the next chapter of Tileyard North will see the addition of a brand new creative office space covering 40,000 sqft.

Riverside hotel
To cater for the need for increased hotel destinations in the city, the later phase of the development aims to provide accommodation on-site with aspirations to house a boutique hotel.

Collaboration
In collaboration with the local authorities and the UK Government – supported by Levelling Up to deliver this project for the creative community of West Yorkshire and beyond – the project is the final piece in a masterplan that provides 10 acres of Wakefield’s historic riverside with a new lease of life, and sees it become a significant cultural destination in the North of England.
