Cabinet Office Minister, Nigel Adams, met with our co-founders at Europe’s largest creative hub, Tileyard London.

Minister Adams toured around the campus and gained an insight into the incredible things happening behind the walls at Tileyard London, allowing him the opportunity to learn more about our game-changing community that is soon to open its doors in Wakefield, in the North. 

He visited the in-house management, publishing and record company Tileyard Music and spoke to students at Tileyard Education as well as resident businesses, such as the vinyl-led record label, Gearbox Records, virtual instrument sample library company, Spitfire Audio and youth led charity, Small Green Shoots. 

Our Tileyard founders Paul Kempe and Nick Keynes shared their plans to level up and strengthen Yorkshire’s place within the UK’s creative industry with Tileyard’s expansion in Wakefield, expecting to create around 500 new skilled jobs in the area!
