Shortlist unveiled for 2022 Yorkshire Property Industry Awards

Insider announced that Tileyard North has been shortlisted alongside Wakefield Council for ‘Public-Private Collaboration of the Year’ in the Yorkshire Property Industry Awards 2022. Taking place on the 22nd of September 2022, we are proud to be shortlisted in our opening year here in Wakefield.

Tileyard North: First phase of major creative development in Yorkshire set to open in Wakefield

In an exclusive interview, Laura Reid spoke to our Co-Founder Nick Keynes, uncovering all from our creative hub set to open later this year. Setting out the vision for the largest creative community outside of London here on Wakefield’s waterfront, Nick shared the progress and more from the transformation of Rutland Mills.
