We are thrilled to share that Tileyard North has won the Prolific North Creative Award for Inspired Space!

We embarked on a visionary journey to rejuvenate Wakefield’s Waterfront by transforming a historic mill complex into a dynamic 135,000 sqft hub for creative industries. Our primary objective has always been to create a vibrant space that nurtures creativity and provides the perfect environment for both established and emerging talent to thrive.

Winning this award is not just a reflection of the space we’ve created, but also of the incredible community that has come together within these walls. From creative offices and flexible workspaces at 2-Work, to state-of-the-art studios and amenities, we’ve tailored everything to meet the needs of our community. Our aim has been to replicate the success of Tileyard London, and we’re proud to see Tileyard North flourishing and continuing to grow as the site develops.

We are over the moon with this achievement and look forward to continuing our mission to elevate the creative space and community offerings in the North of the UK.
