Tileyard North – by City & Provincial Properties (CPP) – has been recognised as a disrupter, winning an award for the development of our creative hub in Wakefield.

The award highlights CPP and Tileyard’s innovative approach to creating a space that fosters creativity and collaboration, and the impact that this development is having on the region.

Tileyard would not be a distruper without our community of disrupters, our close-knit residents and the relationships within that are key to nurturing opportunities, and providing the possibility for our creatives to come together, and ultimately disrupt the industry – making change in their sectors.

Our hub in Wakefield has transformed a former mill complex into a vibrant creative hub, attracting a diverse range of residents, including music producers, digital media & design companies, as well as hospitality venues.
